XYH series high-precision bidirectional DC power supply is a bidirectional charging and discharging device. It adopts two-stage conversion structure, IGBT type DC power supply with high precision, high reliability, programmable and automatic operation. The DC output characteristics have high precision and high dynamic response characteristics, and automatic bidirectional operation function. It adopts full digital control, high control accuracy, fast response speed and wide output regulation range. The output has programmable function, which can be applied to a variety of occasions through different control.The main advantage of XYH series power supply is that it can simulate the power battery to simulate the input power, output current, overload capacity, withstand voltage, motor efficiency, locked rotor current, maximum speed, overspeed, feed and other performance of electric vehicle motor controller. The back EMF energy in the overspeed experiment can be fed back to the power grid in real time to effectively protect the controller from damage.

1.3 Product features

XYH series power supply adopts two-stage structure, in which the front stage is PWM bidirectional ACDC rectifier / inverter circuit and the rear stage is buck-boost bidirectional DCDC carrier phase shift circuit. The power frequency transformer with special filter design is used to isolate the power grid. The front stage adopts three-phase half bridge circuit and four quadrant operation. The power factor can be greater than 0.99 and the DC bus voltage can be stabilized at the same time. The bus adopts thin-film capacitor support, with good high-frequency characteristics and long service life. IGBT carrier shift staggered output is adopted at DCDC side, which reduces the output voltage ripple on the premise of improving the reliability of power supply, and ensures the superiority of output power quality in product design. The output adopts LC filter design to eliminate high-frequency components and obtain stable DC voltage output
2.1Function description
- Supply power to the motor system in the power assembly, ensure the safe shutdown of the equipment and the whole system during the emergency stop of the dynamometer system during the test, and ensure the safety of power consumption, and set the change time for the control command.
- It is equipped with high-voltage interface terminal, which can easily and quickly connect the high-voltage DC interface box of the tested motor system
- It has a separate function interface, which shall include general mode, step mode and voltage step, programmable output, and can set current and power protection values.
- The energy can be fed back to the power grid, which not only has the performance of high-power DC power supply, but also can realize the function of automatic energy feeding back to the power grid load in the full power section, so as to ensure that there is no impact on the power grid and no potential safety hazards during emergency shutdown.

4.Basic function
4.1.Bi-directional DC power supply operation modeThe equipment has five operation modes: constant voltage, constant voltage current limiting, constant current, constant power and constant resistance. The operation parameters of voltage, current and power can be set, and the power protection parameters can be set at the same time
4.2. Control mode selection function
The equipment can set the control mode of the equipment through the operation interface, including local control, communication control, external analog control and default control mode
(1) Local control function
Through the touch screen, control operations such as power operation parameters, operation, stop and fault reset of control equipment can be set. It can also view various parameters of equipment operation and other operation records.
(2) Communication control function
The power operation parameters can be set through the communication software or communication command to control the equipment operation stop, fault reset and other control operations, and the equipment operation parameters and operation records can also be viewed through the touch screen.
(3) External analog control
Control the operation / stop, fault reset, voltage and current regulation of the equipment through the external analog interface, and monitor the power supply voltage, current, operation status and fault status.
(4) Default control
In this control mode, the power supply equipment can be operated through panel operation, communication control and external analog control.
4.3. Emergency stop function
The power supply equipment has emergency stop function. In case of emergency, it can stop the power output through the emergency stop button, communication interface and external control interface on the operation panel.
4.4. Protective device
The power supply equipment has input protection, output overcurrent protection, output overvoltage protection, power device overtemperature protection, IGBT overcurrent protection and programmable OCP, OVP and opp.
4.5. Self discharge function
The power supply output terminal has self discharge function. After the power supply stops output, the power supply can reduce the voltage at the output terminal below the safe voltage within 30s.
